Multicam Pants

Multicam pants are pants with the camouflage pattern multicam on it. Multicam camouflage is a modern multi-environment camouflage pattern developed by Crye Associates. The Multicam pattern was a contender to replace the 3 color desert camouflage and the woodland camouflage pattern but was beat out by the Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP) which can be seen in the Army Combat Uniform (ACU). Though the multicam camouflage pattern was beat out by the UCP it is still used by some American Special Operation units and law enforcement agencies. Recently the US Army has approved of the use of the multicam camouflage for the next tour of the 173rd Airborne Brigade to Afghanistan. Multicam has background colors of brownish to light tan gradient and lime green blending in between, the main parts consist of green to yellowish green gradient and also dark brown and light pinkish blotches spread throughout the pattern.
