Bank Account Wire Transfer
To complete a Bank Account Wire Transfer, please email us for specific details. There is a $20.00 processing fee included to all orders done via Bank Account Wire Transfer.
We do not accept international credit cards (cards issued outside the United States), please see accepted payments on the international orders page.
We do not accept: personal checks, COD shipments or net 30 terms (orders must be pre-paid). We can not be responsible for lost payments in the mail.

We also by request and/or via freight collect can ship using FedEx (www.fedex.com) and DHL (www.dhl.com). Handling charges may apply.
Some orders may be required
to pay additional shipping or handling charges because of size/weight or shipping destination,
in the situation that this will arrise we will contact you.
APO/FPO/DPO Shipping Destinations
APO FPO DPO orders ship via USPS and there is an additional 1-2
business days for order processing. Delivery times range from 7-14 business days from the order date.
We do not process traditional exchanges.
In order to make an exchange, replace a new order for the correct items. You may than return any products to us by following our returns procedure.
We have a 30-day return policy. If you are not fully satisfied you may return your order within 30 days of delivery for any reason. No questions asked.
Returns must be in brand new condition with the original tags. No refunds will be issued for worn, washed, soiled or used merchandise.
We can only accept returns with a completed Customer Return Form (PDF). You may download and print the form by clicking here. Make sure to fill out all the information accurately to avoid any delay in processing your return.
Returning Your Package
When sending back your return please be sure to use a reliable shipping company (UPS, FedEx) that will provide a tracking number and proof of delivery. Be sure to write the "Order Number" on the shipping label along with the return address.
Receiving your refund
Your refund will be posted back to the original payment within 30 days of receiving the return. If you received our free shipping promotion (your order was over $99) the
original shipping charges will be deducted before your credit is issued if your order total falls below $99.
We can issue your refund via original payment method (minus 20% restocking fee if no exchange order was placed) or via a store credit (full refund of product total).
Any refused packages will be treated as a return, please see our returns policy. Return shipping charges will be deducted before your refund is issued.
If you receied the wrong product or a defective or damaged product please contact us within 3 days of receipt. Please than return the item to our return address and upon passing inspection as being a mistake the product will be replaced at no additional cost to you.

Bank Account Wire Transfer
To complete a Bank Account Wire Transfer, please email us for specific details. There is a $1000 order minimum and $20.00 processing fee included to all orders done via Bank Account Wire Transfer.
There is no minimum order amount for international orders. Currency accepted is in USD.
Canadian customers can pay with their regular Canadian credit card or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American
Express, Discover). We can only ship Canadian orders to the verified billing address of that order.
We do not accept:
• International credit cards under any circumstances.
• Orders that have a billing address in the USA (US issued credit card) and an international shipping address.
Any order received with an international credit card will automatically be cancelled, there are no exceptions.
Please be advised we can not be responsible for lost payments in the mail, especially cash.
We only ship orders that are pre-paid. We do not offer COD shipments or net 30 terms.
Your order is expected to be arrive and be delivered 1-3 weeks from the order date. Most customers get their orders quickly and are very satisfied. Many things can delay your delivery after your order has been shipped by us, some include: weather, customs regulations, inspection, loss/damage or location restrictions - all of which is not in our control.

Larger orders may picked up from our warehouse via a freight forwarder.
International orders are not subject to backorders. Any products
not available will be emailed to the customer for a choice of a different size,
color or similar product. If no response is received within 7 days of the email
than your order will be shipped with whatever products are available.
Generally international customers tend to be upset when not receiving
certain products and would much rather switch to something similar than be refunded.
If this is not the case with your order than please send us an email and we will
refund any products that are not available.
We do not charge or collect the taxes or customs fees for international orders. These rates and
fees are usually calculated when the package you ordered enters your country and we are not
responsible for any of these fees. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to
be aware of international taxes and take the right precautions when placing and
receiving your order. Some examples of these fees include customs, duties, delivery surcharges, country tariffs and/or GST, PST etc.
International orders can not be returned or exchanged. Due to the high costs of shipping/return shipping we can not accomodate returns at this time. A new order can be placed for the new products and we can ship out the new order.
Due to the high cost of shipping rates we recommend emailing us any questions and using our size chart carefully before placing your order.
Any international order packages sent back to us must have our written consent for approval.
There is a restocking fee up to fifty percent on returns at our discretion.
Free super saver shipping is on orders over $99.00 via standard delivery in the continental USA (48 states). Delivery times range from 7-10 business days via the least expensive carrier.

If parts of an order are not available making your order total under $99.00, you will be charged the shipping fee for the amount of the products shipped. In the case of a backorder,

or credit, normal shipping charges will be deducted before the refund is issued.
In the case of exchanges that are made you will be charged return shipping of your products even if you received free shipping on your initial purchase. The shipping charged will be based on the
