The Digital Woodland Camouflage is one of the new MARPAT camouflages, short for MARine PATtern camouflage which was first introduced in 2003 with the new authorized uniforms. The digital woodland camouflage is pixilated version of the woodland camouflage pattern which was introduced as one of the patterns for the Marines Corps Combat Utility Uniform, MCCUU.
